Boston Globe Names Gradient in
“Top Places to Work 2014”

Gradient is honored to announce that The Boston Globe featured us in its Sunday Globe publication of the “Top Places to Work in Massachusetts” for 2014. The ranking is based on the results of an employee survey measuring six key factors related to employee happiness – company direction, execution of a high-performance culture, employee connection to their work and feeling their work is appreciated, employee work load and responsibility, company management, and employee pay and benefits. The survey is part of a national workplace evaluation program conducted by Workplace Dynamics.
