We help our clients evaluate or estimate environmental liabilities to support decision making in corporate transactions, regulatory disclosures, environmental insurance claims, potentially responsible party (PRP) cost recovery and allocation, and evaluation of response actions for consistency with the National Contingency Plan (NCP). We perform these analyses for individual facilities and across portfolios of sites to provide our clients with a comprehensive understanding of total liability and the factors that may influence shared liability.
