Cynthia J. Langlois, M.S.

Director of Technical Operations

Ms. Langlois is the Director of Technical Operations and has 20+ years of experience in managing technical clients, team members, and complex projects.  As a member of the senior management team, she is responsible for recruiting and hiring technical team members, resourcing projects, training, the mentoring program, and staff career advancement.  She oversees the group managers, and helps respond to the needs of the technical teams and principals.  She also provides guidance to senior staff who are embarking upon business development.

Ms. Langlois started her career at Consumer Reports, where she analyzed exposures and risks to humans and the environment related to the use and disposal of consumer products.  At Gradient, before her involvement in technical operations, she evaluated chemical toxicity, assessed human exposure pathways, and helped develop expert opinion documents.  Ms. Langlois has a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Public Health (Environmental Health Sciences) from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
